(ROMBA) to provide fellowships to two MBA students each year, offering a $20,000 scholarship, exclusive programming, and access to a ROMBA alumni network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mayank Agarwal, MBA \u201924 candidate, applied for the fellowship to find a supportive network after hiding his sexuality in India. In Canada, he embraced diversity and openness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Leading with Pride<\/strong><br>As a ROMBA Fellow and President of the MBA Association&#8217;s Pride Club, Agarwal connects with his cohort, challenges stereotypes, and encourages open conversations about the 2SLGBTQ+ community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Allyship in Action<\/strong><br>Agarwal appreciates the curiosity from classmates outside the 2SLGBTQ+ community, answering their questions and promoting understanding.
