Mentoring Other Students:<\/strong> As a COLE Fellow, I mentored first-year students, learning to initiate difficult conversations and manage diverse groups. This role helped me build meaningful relationships and understand that impact isn&#8217;t always immediately visible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Serving as a Club Leader:<\/strong> Co-presiding over the FuquaFit club, I set and achieved goals like hosting fitness challenges and inviting alumni speakers. Leading with passion made the experience rewarding and helped the club exceed expectations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Shaping Fuqua\u2019s Future:<\/strong> As an Admission Fellow, I participated in the admissions process, ensuring incoming students embodied Fuqua\u2019s core values.
