Despite doubts from her school counselor, she pursued a four-year university education, driven by a strong sense of self-determination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While Yaritza initially followed a conventional career path, landing offers from top firms, she realized her lack of passion and pivoted to brand marketing. This transition was challenging but ultimately led her to McDonald&#8217;s.
