A former Speech-Language Pathologist from Salt Lake City, UT, Kristin transitioned into consulting to impact healthcare at a broader level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During her internship, Kristin worked on a Hospital-at-Home (H@H) implementation project for a large Florida health system. Her work included analyzing the inclusion of Medicaid patients in the program and creating internal tools for future implementations. With strong support from her team, Kristin developed key analytical skills and contributed to improving healthcare delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Her positive experience culminated in attending Chartis&#8217; Caucus Connect retreat, where she bonded with colleagues and deepened her commitment to the firm\u2019s mission.
