This compulsory event featured 14 climate experts, including Professor Myles Allen and former Unilever CEO Paul Polman, who offered insights into pressing climate challenges and the role of future business leaders in driving change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Students found the sessions both \u201cexciting and illuminating,\u201d with many appreciating the chance to debate various perspectives on climate issues. The boot camp emphasized the urgent need for innovative solutions like carbon capture and renewable energy. Professor Allen urged students to be \u201cradical\u201d and proactive, while Polman highlighted the responsibility of businesses to act on climate, warning that sustainability is essential for long-term profitability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The boot camp has equipped students with a strong foundation in climate science, which they\u2019ll carry into their studies and future careers.
