The event celebrated the program&#8217;s evolution, with each Director reflecting on a keyword that encapsulated their impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Gualtiero Brugger<\/strong>, the program\u2019s first Director, discussed the entrepreneurial drive behind its creation and the shift toward a more diverse, personalized business approach.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Franco Amigoni<\/strong> emphasized building credibility through academic rigor and research, laying the foundation for future growth.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Enrico Valdani<\/strong> highlighted the value of innovation, which helped the program stay dynamic and relevant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Luigi Tava<\/strong> reflected on the push toward internationalization, transforming the program into a globally recognized entity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gianmario Verona<\/strong> stressed the importance of aligning with global standards to remain competitive in a rapidly changing educational landscape.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Stefano Gatti<\/strong> discussed the importance of harmonizing program elements to deliver a cohesive educational experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Dean Stefano Caselli noted that these perspectives highlight the unique, value-driven nature of the program, rooted in founder Claudio Dematt\u00e9\u2019s vision for equitable organizational structures.
