The major change includes an updated essay prompt, offering candidates a choice among three questions, which is a first in nearly a decade. The options revolve around the themes of commitment, community, and challenges, allowing applicants to discuss experiences deeply meaningful to them. DelMonico emphasizes that candidates should focus on authentic self-expression rather than attempting to predict what the committee wants to hear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apart from the essay, the application has been revamped to offer a clearer view of the candidates&#8217; individual contexts and backgrounds. Sections like &#8216;Background Information&#8217; and &#8216;Work Experience&#8217; have been expanded, particularly emphasizing entrepreneurial aspects.
