The top employers for these graduates include Ford Motor Co., McKinsey &amp; Co., IBM, Boston Consulting Group, and PwC, with consulting and manufacturing being the leading industries. Heather Byrne, managing director of the Career Development Office at Michigan Ross, emphasized the program&#8217;s role in facilitating career growth within students&#8217; current organizations.
