Open office hours when the advisor will be available for clients to discuss and receive additional training and guidance. Advisors are also generally available through online chat on the Beacon coaching platform.
Clients are given revision and diagnostic materials to be completed between in-person sessions. The materials build on the course content covered during in-person sessions. To monitor and evaluate progress, clients take monthly practice exams.

The platform monitors every question that clients attempt and uses cloud-based pattern recognition algorithms to pinpoint weaknesses. These are delivered to the advisor as real-time insights with recommended performance enhancement strategies. The advisor then uses the analytics to provide personalized advice to the client.
